Admission in Govt. ITI’s is done once in a year running under CTS (Craftsman Training Scheme). Generally the admission in the ITIs starts from the month of June every year. As per the current process all the admissions in the ITI are done online through HP Takniki Shiksha Board website.

Once applied online for ITI trades, the candidate will receive email, SMS about trade allotted as per the counselling process. In order to take admission and book seat in the trade, the candidate will have to report in the allotted ITI with all the documents and submit the admission fee. In case the candidate fails to deposit the fee in prescribed time his/her seat allocation will get automatically cancelled.
